2021 Forest River FR3 33DS Has Steering In Road Even Though Bushings And Alignment Are Good

Question:
My 2021 Forest River FR3 33DS has noticeable steering play even after replacing the sway bar bushings. Is that normal?

Jeff, some play is typical, but that floating feel can be cured with a Safe-T-Plus # ST85MR. It keeps the wheel stable and centered so small inputs from the road don’t translate to big corrections at the wheel.
You’ll still steer normally it just stops the constant side-to-side motion.
Would you like a quick torque spec rundown for install to see if it’s a job you’d tackle yourself?
