Will The Black Metal Trim On LED RV Light # M378FR Hold Up To UV And Grime?

Question:
Will the black finish hold up to road grime and UV, or will it fade?

Dana, the # M378FR housing is powder-coated aluminum with a clear topcoat, so it holds up well to UV exposure and road spray. Like any finish, it may dull a bit after years in the sun, but it’s much tougher than plastic housings. If you wanted, you could always touch it up after a few years if it dulls at all, but I wouldn't worry too much about it since it's got a really nice finish on it!
Do you store your trailer outside full-time, or under cover?
