How do these hold up in salty Minnesota winters? I don’t want to $500+ on something that rusts in a year. 24 f350 four door.

Katie, I totally get it - salt and brine can eat through a lot of cheap coatings. The Romik aluminum boards are an excellent choice though; they’re anodized aluminum with fully powder-coated brackets not just painted. They also use stainless steel hardware throughout so you'll have no trouble in Minnesota.
Just give them a rinse now and then and you’ll be in good shape.
What brand and style running boards did you have on your other truck?
For your 2024 F350 you can go with Romik 5-1/2" Wide Aluminum running boards which come in black # RMK72WR and silver # RMK62WR. These fit the Crew Cab model.
If you actually have the SuperCab model (extended cab), you'll instead want black # RMK87JR or silver # RMK77JR.
