Question:
Is the Rich Solar 100w RS27VR a good entry-level solar option for someone just getting into RVing?

Absolutely, Trevor. The # RS27VR is a 100-watt kit, which makes it a perfect starter system for folks who are new to RVing or only taking short weekend trips. It’s designed to maintain a single 12V battery, which is ideal if you’re using lights, your water pump occasionally, and maybe charging a couple of devices. This won’t typically run your fridge or heavier loads, but it will definitely help prevent battery drain.
One customer from Nebraska uses it on her single-axle hybrid trailer and said it kept her battery at 100 all weekend while she dry camped near Lake McConaughy.
If you want to run your fridge or just have a big more amperage going to your battery, I'd go with the 200w # RS37VR instead.
