Hey Dan, took me a couple days to get those measurements. The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT45519 has mounting holes that are surprisingly different. Towards the front of the hitch closest to the receiver they're 39" across center to center and 38 1/2" across on the back set.

From the front bracket, closest to the receiver, to the rear bracket, the closest hole is 12 1/2", then from hole to hole on the back bracket is 2 1/2". From the frame rail bracket to the top of the receiver is 4-3/4".
