Can I use your snow chains on my 05 Passat TDI wagon w/ 225 R14 17 wheels? If so what is the product code I would order?

Yes, there are several chain options that will work on a 2005 VW Passat Wagon TDI with 225/45-17 tires.
I recommend the Thule Self-Tensioning, Low-Profile Snow Tire Chains, D-Link Diamond Pattern # TH00023095, for your vehicle because these chains are easy to install and do not require adjustment after initial installation with the self tensioning feature. I have installed these on a Mini Type S and there was plenty of clearance with the sport tire and wheel package so I am sure that they will fit on your Passat as long as the tire size is as stated.
I also recommend checking your Passat's owner's manual for any fit limitations or installation requirements from Volkswagen.
