Charles, the leaf spring we carry with those measurements, the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 5,000-lb Trailer Axles # UG34FR are going to be way too big for trailer.
Since there aren't any leaf springs with these measurements, you could use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR3500S05. This is a universal system, has a 3,500 lb capacity, and a 4 bolt brake flange config.
