Is there a Thule roof rack that will fit a 2025 Ford Maverick with a moon rack

Hey Alan! Did you mean you have a moonroof? You can use a Thule roof rack like the Thule WingBar Evo # TH42KG on your 2025 Ford Maverick. However, the moonroof will need to remain closed with the rack installed. You might be able to partially open it but it is not recommended. Other manufacturers don't specifically list this restriction but I would assume this is true for other aero bar setups as well.

Thanks for this helpful response. I'm an engineer and am rying to understand why I can't pen my moon-roof when the racks are on the car. It simply makes no sense to me and while you may not have an answer, I thought I would ask - Why do I have to take the roof racks off when opening the moon-roof?

@AlanR the concern is clearance, they don't want it to hit the crossbars and damage the roof rack or moon roof. I think the idea is to play it safe and just say you shouldn't operate it because of the nature of people. Next thing you know someone forces it, causes a problem, and blames Thule. If you can get it partially open without making contact I don't see an issue.
