Hi Scott, we definitely have options for your 2010 Ford F150. If you specifically wanted a black Westin HDX, you will want the # W64NF. This includes all the hardware and brackets needed to get it installed as well.
If you were looking for a different style, I did include a link to all the options we have that fit your truck.
We don't have any picture of this installed yet, so if you get a chance, we would sure like to see the finished install.
