Does Bargman Make a 5th Wheel 90 Degree Wiring Harness Specific a Ram with RamBox?

Question:
2020 Ram 2500 with ram box. Is there a location that works with the 50-97-410 in the Ram box? I dont really see a spot for it with the built-in side boxes. Thanks, Bud

Hello Bud,
Great question. The 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug # 50-97-410 is the right fit for your 2020 Ram 2500, they do not make one that is specific to the RamBox.
Installing the # 50-97-410 wiring harness in your 2020 Ram 2500 with the RamBox can be a bit tricky since the built-in storage takes up the usual mounting spots inside the bed. But there are still a few solid options to make it work.
One of the best places to mount the 7-way plug is just behind the wheel well, where some RamBox owners have had success. Before drilling, just make sure there’s enough clearance behind the bed wall.
Another possible spot is under the rail, between the RamBox and the inner bed wall, if there’s enough space to tuck it in. And if none of those work, you could always use a cable extension or pass-through to bring the plug to a more convenient location.
