Question:
I have a Vision S Camera Sytem with monitor. Model FOSO7TADS C-FOSO7TAPK-008 Serial 10001622536092300086 The monitor had been working fine. Next day the monitor acts like no power to it. The 12v outlet is working properly. The power cord to monitor shows good continuity, but camera will not turn on when powering.

Hey Jim, if you already tested the outlet and are receiving power and the fuse is good inside of your monitor cord and the monitor still will not turn on then you will need to replace the monitor as something internal must be wrong with the monitor. You can replace it with the Replacement 7" Monitor for Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Camera System Item # FR47FR.
Before replacing the monitor I do recommend replacing the fuse as it's much cheaper and making sure the 12v outlet in your vehicle doesn't have any debris prevent contact with the fuse. It's a 2 amp 125 volt slow blow fuse. It can be accessed by unscrewing the cap on the 12 volt power outlet plug. Let me know what the fuse looks like if you can.

Took the end cap off of pleg and fuse tested good by itself. Pretty much did a similar test by showing continuity thru both ends of power cord, so fuse had to have been good. This is the second furion monitor in 3 years. Both went out at approx 15 to 16 months of age. I am done with Furrion. I will buy Haloview or even something else wireless for my 45 ft 5th wheel.
