i bought a 2025 gmc 2500 Denali. will this 2-1/2 Hitch Cap Sensor for GMC Sierra MultiPro and Chevy Silverado Multi-Flex Tailgates fit my truck

No, I am sorry it will not. The 2-1/2" Hitch Cap Sensor item # C36UR is designed to work with the MultiPro and Multi-Flex Tailgates on the 2020-2021 GMC Sierra and Chevy Silverado trucks. There is not one currently available for your 2025 GMC 2500 Denali.
I do not have an alternative to offer either. However, the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount item # BWTS20066BMP is designed to work with your tailgate.
