Hey Jim, for your 2006 Honda Odyssey we have what you need to install a 7-way but you would need to have to start with a 4-way like the part # 118438 since that is what covers the taillight functions. Then to convert it to a 7-way you'd need the part # 37185 unless your trailer has brakes too which instead you'd need the part # ETBC7 and a brake controller like the part # 90195. Does your trailer have brakes?
