The Tail Light on the Rola Tilting Enclosed Cargo Carrier, item # 59110, does not have a replaceable bulb. The taillights are sealed to prevent water from entering the housing and causing the bulb to blow out prematurely. You will need the Sealed, 6-1/2 inch Oval Trailer Stop, Turn and Tail Light, 3-Function, item # ST70RB.
To replace the light you will need to pry the light fixture from the grommet that is installed in the carriers housing attach the plug to the new light and install the new light and grommet, if needed, into the oval mounting hole in the carriers base.
We also offer LED lights for replacement in this cargo carrier. The benefits of the LED lights are that the last much longer than incandescent bulbs and they do not produce heat or draw as much amperage on the vehicles tail light system. I would recommend the Sealed, 6-1/2 inch Oval LED Trailer Stop, Turn and Tail Light, 48 Diode, item # STL70RB, for your cargo carrier.
