Hello Dominique,
I have an option for you the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11701, but it's going to give you a 200 pound tongue weight. They do not make an after market hitch for your 2003 Mercedes-Benz E320 that is rated for 300 pounds, this is most likely because they vehicle is not rated to hold that much weight.
With the # C11701, you could match it up with the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" Hitches # TH23JV, this bike rack can handle a combine of 2 bikes at 100 pounds (so you may need to take the batteries off the bikes to transport, this recommended by most e-bike manufacturers for transport anyway), or 1 bike at 60 pounds. With the bike rack weighing around 60 pounds and if you had (2) 50 pound bikes on there, you will be safe with the 200 pound tongue weight. If you already have a bike rack that you are trying to make work, please let me know what kind of bike rack you have so I may better assist.
Please let me know what you decide to go with. I am sorry they do not make an aftermarket hitch rated for 300 pounds.

Hi Dominique, how did things go with the Curt hitch and the Thule T2 Pro XTR rack for your E320? Were you able to get your e-bikes secured within the 200-pound tongue weight limit? Your update could make it easier for others with similar cars and bike setups.
