Can I upgrade my Clipper TRX and put the TRX-S balloon tires on it? Can i buy the balloon tires and then swap between the hard tires and balloon tires when needed? If yes, what is part number that I need to buy to fit the balloon tires on my TRX?

Yes, you can James! The Malone ClipperTRX-S item # MAL78FR and your Malone ClipperTRX item # MAL68FR have identical frames they just use different tires.
To add the balloon tires you'll need the Replacement Balloon Tire Beach Wheels for Malone Clipper or Xpress Kayak Cart item # MPG516.
