Once the tracks are installed can the cover itself be easily removed for full open bed use without blocking rear window, such as when towing a gooseneck trailer?

Shane, this actually came up recently and from what I found out is that it is going to block the view of your Gooseneck unfortunately. Your best bet would be to use a roll up cover like the BAK Revolver X4s # BAK87ZR that way you still get full bed access and when it's folded up, won't interfere with your Gooseneck.
