Availability Of Replacement Cables For Retractable Dock Lift Ladder

Question:

Hi - Im in Florida and have a retractable dock ladder. The plastic coated retention cables need to be replaced. Do you sell the cables along with the cable end expandable s that go into holes drilled on the ladder?

Hello Gordon, thanks for reaching out. We do carry the Retractable Floating Dock Lift Ladders like part # JIF36FR but sadly, we do not offer the cables by themselves. The manufacturer of your ladder may be able to provide replacement parts if you check with them directly. Otherwise, the only solution we can offer is a whole new ladder.

@JesseM I never did. The ladder is actually attached the way it is mounted - it cannot slip off into the water. I ended up just cutting the broken cable back. Thanks for checking in!
