I am looking for the mount to this grill for a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ. How do I verify part number of the grill itself ?

Eric, you should be able to find the part number should be on a sticker on the grille guard itself. If you can't find it, then the sticker probably fell off and you'd have to find your documentation which will have the part number - or you can give Westin a ring and see if they have another way of finding the part number.
If you can get this info, feel free to come back with that and I can take a look and see if we have replacement mounting hardware.
