Question:
Sir: can a fifth wheel trailer hitch brackets be bolted to the truck body at the box bolt holes and down into the frame. Im trying to prevent having to drill holes into the box. I have a 2010 F350 Ford, short bed. Thank you for your reply.

At this time none of the manufacturers build an install kit that uses the bed bolt holes. They are too far apart and at those distances, it would be very difficult to design a mounting and rail system for the Fifth Wheels.
There is no way to get around drilling holes in the bed of the truck for a 5th Wheel or a goose neck. The install kit with the bracket and rails, part # RP50082-58 does not require any drilling of the frame, but you will still need to drill some holes in the bed itself.
