Hey Chris,
The Thule SquareBar Evo Roof Rack for Raised Rails # TH57ZA is only available as the whole kit for your 2003 VW Jetta Wagon.
Thule might offer some of the parts separately, but any time I've looked it's almost always in a full kit.
If you need just the crossbars or just the feet then these are available on their own as the parts # TH712200 and # TH710401.
