Question:

I would like to remove factory 7 pin harness and install A new 4 pin harness 2007 Jeep Commander Trailor brakes not needed old harness has been butchered

Hey Anthony since you had the factory 7-way you'll need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C55381 to add a 4-way connector.

Additionally, if you wanted to keep a 7-Way and add a 4-Way you can install the Multi-Plug T-One Connector Assembly item # 20135.

I would like to go all the way to the tail Lites as old harness is junk i have installed the t one 20135 and still no turn or brake Lites

@AnthonyL I am not sure if your Jeep's tail light wiring is the same because you do have the tow package so you would need to pull one out to see if the connectors match the Tekonsha item # 118408. If not you'll need to wire one in manually using the Curt item # c59236
