Looking To Replace Samsung Microwave Model MR5494W01

Question:

I have an old Samsung Microwave w/ Model MR5494W01 with a trim ring for our horse trailers living quarters and I dont want to redo the cabinetry to make a new one fit. Do you have something that will fit the same space? It seems that aspect ratios of microwaves of changed. Thanks for your help! Best regards, Tom

Hey Tom, thanks for reaching out. We may have a microwave option for you, but we do not have the dimensions for the Samsung MR5494W01 on file here, and I could not find them listen anywhere online. What I can tell you is the smallest "built-in" style microwave we offer is the Furrion # FMSN09BL. This 19-1/16" wide x 13-5/8" tall x 14-1/16" deep overall and is designed to fit in a 20-1/4" wide x 13-7/8" tall x 14-5/8" deep. Please compare this to your Samsung microwave and see if it is a match. If you can let me know the width, height and depth of your microwave I am happy to look into it and see if we have anything for you.

@TomW Ok great thanks for all that info. It sounds like the Furrion # FMSN09BL may work for you. The Trim Ring for the Furrion # FMSN09BL is 23-1/2" wide x 15" tall. The trim kit is part # FMSM09BLTK.

I hope it will work...I've got to get out to the farm and measure my microwave opening, as well as, the available space around it...I have found many microwaves that will fit the available space but, none with trim rings that would cover the entire existing cut out and I don't want to redo all of the LQ wood to make everything match. Thanks for your help!
