Diagram of Fulton F2 Winch to Determine if Spring is Missing

Question:
F2 winch that seems too have an intact spring but does not keep it from spinning back out. Is there a second spring holding it in? Where would i get it. I have two of these Fulton 1500 lb winches. Both need this. Thanks
