Does this harness work for the 2013 MKT? Do I need anything else?

I checked with Curt and the T-Connector Harness part # C56095 that you referenced is confirmed to fit your 2013 Lincoln MKT. For trailer wiring this is all that you would need.
If you are in need of a hitch as well, you would want the Hidden Hitch part # 87571. I attached an install video for you to check out.
For a ball mount, hitch ball, and pin and clip, I would recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, part # 989900. This is a kit which includes 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, and a hitch pin and clip.
