Yes I have a 2700 lb lance that I would like to secure on my 2013 f350 lb is this the correct part to order.

Hello Jeffrey. The Torklift Tie Downs # TL57FV you mentioned are a fit for the 2013 Ford F350. These are made for trucks with an 8' bed and with a factory installed trailer hitch. Also keep in mind that these will not fit trucks with full length running boards that extend from wheel to wheel. If your running boards are cab length only, the # TL57FV tie downs will work great. If your truck does not fit this description, just let me know what you have, and I can make sure you get the right tie downs.
Note that the turnbuckles are sold separately, and for that I recommend the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9529-2-LK.
