It unfortunately looks like Westin no longer offers a rear bumper for a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 HD. They only have the Westin Perfect Match Series Rear Step Bumper # 31006, which is a fit for standard 1500 models with a fleetside bed. You can try reaching out to Westin to see if they might still be able to point you in the right direction.
