Roof Bike Rack Recommendation to Fit with Lefty Suspension by Cannondale

Hey Ron, thanks for reaching out!

We haven't had a chance to use a Lefty on the Thule TopRide Roof Bike Rack # TH75JV that the Adapter # TH25DH fits with, but from what I understand, the Lefty completely changes the axle so I'm pretty skeptical about it fitting on the TopRide.

What I recommend doing is using the Thule UpRide # TH599000 to transport bikes with the Lefty on your roof. It's not as easy keeping that front wheel on your bike when you're lifting it on top of your roof, but it does take out the factor of making sure you have a spot to store the front wheel, plus it will be compatible with the Lefty since it holds the tire instead of mounting via the axle. I actually had the chance to install this on an Audi Q7 so I'm linking that video for your reference.

I haven't had any experience with using the adapter alongside a work stand either so I can't speak to that.

Thanks for the feedback. Cannondale’s lefty’s are sweet, but unusual To mount. I am using roof rails on a custom built low hitch style carrier. It has come together well. There is an adapter for the lefty to mount to skewer mount rails.
