The side of the Oil Seal # 9103309 with the lettering will need to face outside of the hub. I've attached a photo to show which side needs to face the outside.

Hey Chris, how did things go with the oil seal once you had the side with the lettering facing out? Your update could make it easier for the next person working on the same hub setup.
