Hey Bruce, if there's a 7-way at the rear of the vehicle already then yes it is wired for a brake controller but if you have no trailer wiring then it does not and you'd have to hardwire with a 4-way like # 118540 and a # ETBC7.
If you have the 7-way then you'd want the # 3035-P for a harness and a brake controller like P2 part # 90885.
