Hello Ronald. We do have the N140 lock cores you are needing with part # THLOCKN140.
As far as the 141566 foot pack, I am sorry to say that the 1566 Traverse Feet are no longer available. We sold out last ones back in 2018. Thule now has only the Evo Clamp Feet for the 2021 Prius. So, if one of your feet is in need of replacement, unless you can find one secondhand, a new roof rack will be the only solution.
You may be able to re-use your old crossbars though. If you can tell me what bars you have and how long they are I am happy to look into it.
If you do end up needing a whole new rack with new crossbars, the complete Thule rack for the 2012 Toyota Prius is sold as part # TH36QG. This includes crossbars, feet and fit kit.
