The Derale Transmission Pan Cooler for Ford # D14208 that you referenced is a fit for your 1992 Ford E350 van with 7.5L (460-cubic inch) V8 engine as long as it uses one of the following transmissions: E4OD, 4R100, 5R100, or 5R100W.
A pan-type cooler such as this Derale offers the convenience of bolt-on installation without the need to run oil lines between the transmission and a separate cooler.
If your motor home has a different transmission that prevents use of the Derale pan cooler, you still can install a plate-fin type cooler such as Derale # D13504 which will also require Radiator Adapter Fitting # D13014.
