Replacement For Dometic Sealand 210 Toilet in 5th Wheel Trailer

Question:
I want to replace the toilet in my 2008 Bighorn 5th wheel It is a Thetford SC 210 - Item 302621093 Serial Number 70579654 - bone color model. What do you recommend since this model is no longer in production?

Hello Theresa,
What you have is a Dometic Sealand 210 toilet, and what I recommend is the Dometic 310:
- Dometic 310 Part-Timer RV Toilet # DOM57FR
I like the # DOM57FR due to its slow close lid and efficiency as it uses just 1 pint of water per flush; you'll want to take note of the dimensions, which are 18-1/2" long x 15" wide x 20" tall.
Also, this toilet requires a minimum of 10 inches from the wall to the center of the flange on which the toilet will sit in order have enough room to fit, so you'll want to be sure to measure for that.
