Hi Paul; thank you for providing that information. A WDH should be chosen based on the tongue weight of your loaded setup. The best way to find this is to actually measure using a scale # e99044 or one of the other methods from the article below. However, we can take a good guess based on the information you provided.
Tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the weight of the trailer. You also need to account for the weight of anything behind the rear axle of your F-150. At 6,000 lbs we're looking at 600-900 lbs for the tongue weight. I'm going to say it will be more on the high end if that 588 lbs is the dry tongue weight.
Based on this information I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System # FA92-00-1000. This system has a tongue weight range of 600-1,000 lbs so you will likely fall into the middle of the range. Realistically this will have you covered whether you're empty or fully loaded which is perfect. You will also need # EQ91-00-6080 for a 2" or # 19286 for a 2-5/16" ball along with # ALL643216 for installation.

Hey Paul, how did the Fastway e2 weight distribution system work out with your F-150 and trailer setup? Did the tongue weight end up falling in that 600–900 lb range? Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up a similar rig.
