Josh, the answer for these replacement rails is no. What model of tonneau cover do you have on your 2019 Ford 450 Super Duty? If you have model # 311-BLFA19A45 the Pace Edwards Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Electric - Aluminum - Black which is the only Pace Edwards branded cover that we have for the 2019 Ford 450 Super Duty 8 ft bed then the replacement rails would be part # 311-BL5145. If you do not have this model please let me know what you do have and I will take a look for you.
