Is Charging Port of PT Power Headlamp Reliable  

I have owned 2 of these headlamps, the second I purchased because the micro charge port on the first one had broken so I couldnt charge it even though the headlamp worked great. So I purchased a new exact same one with a working charge port and could exchange the charged battery on the broken one. That is until once again the second charge port broke after only several uses! This is obviously a flaw with this product. While I didnt purchase either of them through your company I have used your products and I consider myself a happy customer of yours. I just thought your future buyers and product support might be interested in this information.
