Does Redarc BCDC Battery Charger Act as Regulator For Redarc Solar Panel

I have a bcdc1240d installed in my truck. I am wanting to purchase a RED96VR 120 watt solar panel to install on my roof rack. Do I need a solar controller or does the RED96VR panel connect directly to my bcdc1240d and it acts as the controller. Im assuming it is red solar panel wire to yellow bcdc wire and black solar panel to black bcdc or ground.

Your Dual Input Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1240D is already set up to be used with the panel, like you mentioned.
