Want a hitch for my 2000 durango. Does it come with a 4 way for lights. I dont need trailer brakes

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75081 you purchased is the one I would recommend. This is the only option that has a concealed cross tube which gives it a cleaner look and better clearance.
However, since it sounds like you do not have factory trailer wiring you will want the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118334 instead of the # 118381. The wiring harness you ordered is designed to fit vehicles that already have a factory 7-way.
You can double check and see if you have the connection point behind your rear bumper but more than likely you don't. If you find that you do, you will probably have to take the vehicle to the dealer to activate the tow package circuit before that wiring harness will work.
