Hello. I was just wondering what the difference between some products were. I was looking at the Pace Edwards Contractors ladder racks and they have model number 311-CR6007 , 311-CR6008, 311-CR6005. The model numbers are different but I cannot see a difference on the website

The difference between these Pace Edwards contractor racks is simply just fitment. The bed width can vary depending on the year/make/model of the vehicle so each of these will only fit specific vehicles. Since you have a 1996 Ford F-250/350 listed as your vehicle I'll assume that's what you're wanting to put the rack on. Here's a list of fits based on year and cab/bed length:
