Is this hitch compatable with a 2020 Toyota Highlander towing a 2011 Jayfeather x17z?

As long as the hitch on your 2020 Toyota Highlander was one that was rated for use with weight distribution like the Curt # C45CR you could use the Reese weight distribution system part # RE34FR but not all of the hitches that fit your vehicle are rated for WD systems so you'd need to verify that first.
