Question:
Will this wheel with positive .5inch offset make the width of the traile6 wider or more narrow? I would be installing on a 95inch axle and trying to stay 102inch wide or under.

Expert Reply:
The Dexstar Steel Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20797 having a 0.5" positive offset will move the wheel in on your hub 1/2" so it will give you a narrower width than wheels with 0" offset. So with a ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWTRTM2358016E which is 9.25" wide and a 95" hub face axle you end up with the widest part of the tires being 103.25" wide. We do not currently carry any wheels with a larger positive offset.
