The difference in size between the two tire sized you mentioned would not allow the same chain to fit both. The part # PW1926V that you mentioned would fit the 205/70-13 but not the 16 inch tire size. For a similar solution that fits that size you'd want the part # TC335DC if you were wanting cables.

Cables are great for a one time use but if you wanted something that wasn't too expensive yet would hold up better a set of pewag chains part # PWRS75 would be a really great option thats also easy to install and provides better traction.
