I spoke with my contact at Westin about your 2013 Dodge 3500. The Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate, part # 57-3540 is a fit for the 1500 Series Ram.
For the 3500 Series Ram truck you would order part # 57-3550 for the stainless steel grille guard and part # 57-3555 for the black powder coated grille guard.
