Since you've already replaced the switch on your Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 we can be pretty certain that's not the issue. There is a couple of other things you can check first before moving forward, starting with your motor.

I recommend checking the electrical components for the motor and make sure everything is in appropriate working order and that it's getting the proper voltage. You might also want to disconnect the motor and bench test it if everything else looks good. The motor shouldn't turn in any direction when not connected to power, so if it does then there is some damaged components inside and you'll need # LC352338 for a replacement.

I also recommend checking your trailer's battery charge. You'll want to make sure your trailer's battery has a full charge, and if it doesn't you will need to let it charge and check again.
