No, you will not need to drill into the frame when installing the Roadmaster Base Plate # RM-523198-4 on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. Installation will require some trimming/cutting of the plastic bumper fascia, as well as potentially the spoiler, air dam or grille. Tow hooks, if present, will be permanently removed.
