The Retrax Tonneau Cover Mounting Rails for Kuat Ibex Truck Bed Racks # KU77ZR would sit on the rails away from the locking mechanism on your Retrax cover so you wouldn't have an issue. The Kuat Ibex Adjustable Overland Truck Bed Rack # KU96ZR should sit only above the bedrails and allow for full access to the lock and for you to easily open and close the cover.
