I I tried the suggestions given to Megan from Eric B. About the outlets. Still no power on the fireplace! What are other steps to check. Thank you.

If you checked the outlet with a multimeter # PT89ZR and are getting power to the outlet and the # FF30SC15ABL still won't power on then the control board is most likely fried and would need to be replaced. You can try reaching out to Furrion to see if they can send you a replacement, otherwise you're looking at a complete replacement of the unit.
If you aren't getting power to the outlet then you need to check the circuit breaker to see if it's tripped and reset it. If it keeps tripping or power still isn't getting through to the outlet when the breaker is reset then it needs to be replaced. You can get replacement circuit breakers from your local hardware store.
