what is the thread size going into hot h2o heater

According to my contacts at Camco, the thread size for the Camco RV Winterization Bypass Kit # CAM35953 that connects the hot water heater is 1/2 inch threads.
This kit comes with 2 valves, 1 hose, and a roll of PTFE tape for installation.
