2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO w/ Toyota rack. Which models of Thule roof storage will fit the Toyota basket rack?

Almost all of them but I would go with the big one! I checked with Thule and the Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box item # TH6359B is confirmed to work with the Toyota factory rack. You will want to adjust two of the crossbars so they are between 23-5/8" - 35-1/2" apart.
