Question:

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me. I have forgotten my 3 number combination and the lock is open and stuck. How can I reset it? Thank you for your help

To change the lock code on the Lockstraps Combination Lock Carabiner # LS801 you will have to check every combination until you are able to unlock the carabiner. Then you will be able to press a small tool into the the small hole inside the collar on the latch and reset the combination to one more easily remembered.
